Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Due to the specialist nature of our products, all performance exhaust systems are custom-made or sourced based on stock availability. As a result, our standard shipping time is 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as possible within this timeframe.

  • If the product is made to order or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any potential delays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times may vary based on location and customs clearance procedures. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

At Xhausts Performance, we take pride in supplying premium-quality exhaust systems. Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To process a return, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.
    Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.

2. Incorrect or Not as Described Products

If you receive an item that is not as described or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories included.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or special-order exhaust systems, unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified.

  • Change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at sales@xhausts.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Provide required documentation (photos, proof of purchase, and issue description).

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions – Returns must be authorized before sending the product back.

  4. Ship the item back using a tracked and insured service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  5. Inspection & Resolution – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days to process once the return is approved. If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item as soon as possible.
