Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within 3–15 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product type and availability.

  • In-stock items are processed and shipped as quickly as possible

  • Certain products are built or prepared to order and may require additional lead time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day

  • Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided for full visibility

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

All shipments are:

  • Fully insured

  • Tracked

  • Require a signature upon delivery

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our distribution network.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processes. Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.

Returns Policy

Due to the specialist and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Please ensure all fitment and product details are correct before purchasing.

1. Damaged Items (In Transit)

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

2. Incorrect or Not as Described Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that differs significantly from the description, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made, built-to-order, or special-order items

  • Products that have been installed, fitted, used, or altered

  • Orders placed incorrectly without checking compatibility

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Process

  1. Email sales@xhausts.co.uk with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos (if applicable)

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions — unauthorised returns will not be accepted

  3. Return the item using a tracked and insured service

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund where applicable

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be our fault

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items returned in a used or damaged condition.
